Controller and purposes
The data controller is identified below. Your information is used to process your request, prepare your reading and deliver it; with your consent, your email is also used to send you Virginie’s horoscope, news and offers. For a couple study, you confirm that you have informed your partner. Please avoid health data in free-text fields.
Where your data is kept
Requests and sign-ups are stored in a Google spreadsheet (Google Workspace) accessible only to Virginie and the person assisting her. Payments are processed by PayPal; this site never receives bank details. The newsletter is sent through Substack. Hosting is provided by Netlify.
Retention
Birth data and the content of your request are deleted no later than 12 months after the service. Moon Circle sign-up data (including the birth details used for your horoscope) is kept until you unsubscribe.
Emails and offers
Signing up is optional and based on your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time, via the link in each email or by writing to Virginie.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, erasure or restriction of your data, and withdraw your consent, at the address below. You can also complain to the French data authority (CNIL, cnil.fr).
Storage on your device
No advertising or analytics tools are installed. Local storage remembers your card of the day, your personal code and whether you closed the sign-up window.
