Services and prices

Services and prices in euros are shown on the site. Written readings are delivered as a PDF by email; sessions take place by phone or video. Miss Virginie chooses the deck according to each person’s needs. No outcome is promised.

Messages from departed loved ones

During some sessions, impressions that Virginie interprets as messages from departed loved ones may come spontaneously. They can be neither provoked nor guaranteed. No service is intended to obtain them and their absence cannot give rise to a claim.

Request and payment

You choose your service, provide the necessary details and send your request, then pay with PayPal quoting your reference. With a discount code, Virginie first confirms the amount.

Timeframes

From receipt of your details and payment: Birth Referential, 5 days; birth chart, 7 days. Couple studies and sessions take place at the confirmed time. If there is a delay, Virginie will contact you.

Offers and referrals

The welcome code gives 25% off a first session. Referrals give 40% off to the referred person on their first order and to the referrer on their next order. Discounts cannot be combined and are checked by Virginie.

Right of withdrawal

You generally have 14 days to withdraw. By asking for your reading to be prepared as soon as you pay, you accept that it is carried out before this period ends; withdrawing during preparation may incur an amount proportional to the work done. Send your request by email to the contact below.

Moon Circle

The Moon Circle is free with no commitment. Every full moon, a personal horoscope based on your birth details is sent to you by email. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Sessions

You give three time slots and your phone number, then pay for the session; the appointment is confirmed by email or phone. An appointment can be moved free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice.
